2027: NVBMB 100th anniversary Symposium in Utrecht
Dear colleagues,
Please join us for a special edition of the NVBMB Dutch Structural Biology Day, which will also honour 15 years of NeCEN and will hold the official kick-off for EMPower that has enabled the installation of two new Krios 5 microscopes this year: one in Utrecht and one in Leiden.
The meeting will take place on the 26th of November 2026 at the Leiden University Faculty of Science and NeCEN. The morning and early afternoon will hold the scientific program with speakers from The Netherlands and a keynote lecture by Nobel laureate Richard Henderson. In the afternoon we will look at the past, present and future of NeCEN, and we will conclude with the official kick-off of EMPower.
We are very much looking forward to this special day and hope you will join us on 26th of November in Leiden and celebrate all this very exciting time for Structural Biology in The Netherlands.
